Keyport Salmon Marinade

Frozen & Thawed Cooking Instructions

All cooking times are approximate; some cooking appliances may require more time or less. Please monitor the marinaded salmon as it cooks and adjust the cooking times where necessary. Please remove salmon from plastic packaging prior to cooking. This product is not intended to be cooked in the plastic packaging using any cooking method including sous vide.

Sauteing/Pan-Searing:

Heat a heavy bottomed skillet or ridged stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.

Remove salmon from packaging.

Place marinated salmon in heated pan, skin side up, and cook, uncovered • If frozen: 3 to 5 minutes
• If thawed: 2 to 3 minutes

Turn the fish over; cover the skillet.

Continue to cook
• If frozen: cook 3 – 5 minutes
• If thawed: cook 2 to 3 minutes

Remove from heat and make sure fish is heated to 145 degrees and cooked through.

Oven/Roasting:

Preheat oven to medium HEAT (375oF)

Remove marinated salmon from packaging.

Place marinated salmon on spray-coated pan or foil-lined baking sheet • If frozen: cook 12 to 15 minutes
• If thawed: cook 8 to 10 minutes

Remove from oven and make sure salmon is heated to 145 degrees and cooked through.

Grilling:

Heat grill to 400oF

Remove salmon from packaging.

Tear a 16-inch wide sheet of foil so it is 4-inches longer than the seafood on each side.

Place foil on grill and place the marinated salmon on foil, skin side down; • If frozen: cook for 8 to 10 minutes
• If thawed: cook 4-6 minutes

Flip salmon and cook an additional 3 to 4 minutes
Remove from grill and make sure salmon is heated to 145 degrees and cooked through.

Snow Crab

Keyport’s snow crab is sweet and packed with flavor. Snow crab can be eaten as a main dish or as an ingredient in salads, soups and a wide variety of other dishes. Keyport hand selected these snow crab legs and claws for your dining pleasure and we are confident you will enjoy them.

Steamed Clams

Enjoy Keyport’s tender clams simmered and steamed in a smoky bacon and rich herb broth. With two pounds of clams, Keyport’s Steamed Clams are a heat and serve family sized appetizer or meal when served with bread and salad. Simply follow our heat and serve instructions below and enjoy!

Stovetop Heating Instructions

(Cook from frozen. Do not thaw.)

1) Remove individual plastic bags from box containing ingredients and butter. Do NOT cook any ingredients in the plastic bags.

2) In a small bowl, combine and mix the seasoning packet with ¾ cups water. 

3) Pour water and spice mixture into large, heavy bottomed pot.

4) Add butter, bacon and clams. Cover and bring to full boil over high heat. 

5) Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 7-10 minutes (stir the mixture 2-3 times while heating) or until clams open and the internal temperature reaches 165 F. Note: Some clams may not open and heating times may vary.

6) Let rest for 2-3 minutes and serve. CAUTION: Contents are HOT.

Chef’s Suggestions:

Add a cup of white wine to the broth and serve with rice, pasta or crusty, warm, bread.

Fisherman’s Feast

A classic seafood boil with crab, mussels, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn and vegetables in a delicious herb and butter broth.

Stovetop Heating Instructions

(Cook from frozen. Do not thaw.)

1) Remove contents from bag. 

2) Remove individual plastic bags containing all ingredients and butter. Do NOT cook any ingredients in the plastic bags.

3) Open the plastic bag with corn; microwave corn for 5-7 minutes until corn reaches 140°F internal temperature. Corn should be thawed but not cooked.

4) Pour 1 cup water into large, heavy bottomed, pot. Add spice package contents, butter, sausage, vegetables, corn & seafood.

5) Cover pot and bring to full boil over high heat, approximately 5-7 minutes.

6) Reduce heat to low & simmer, covered for 5-7 minutes.

7. Remove from heat, let rest for 3-5 minutes and serve. (CAUTION: Contents are HOT)

Chef’s Suggestions:

Serve with crusty baguette, green salad and fresh lemon wedges.

Seafood Ravioli

Keyport's Seafood Ravioli is made in the tradition of fine Tuscan cuisine with a hearty pasta and cheese filling combined with the world's most prized seafood.

Stovetop Heating Instructions

(Do not cook or microwave in packaging)

1) Remove bag of ravioli and pouch with sauce from box. Place a pot with 4 quarts water over high heat and bring to a rolling boil.

2) Open ravioli bag and add ravioli to the water, simmer 5 minutes. While the ravioli cooks, place the pouch of sauce under warm running water for 3 minutes or until thawed.

3) Once ravioli have cooked for 5 minutes, remove from heat and strain ravioli. Carefully transfer cooked ravioli to large, non-stick pan or skillet.

4) Cut a corner of the sauce pouch and pour the sauce into the sauté pan or skillet and add 1 ounce of water, turn on medium heat.

5) To ensure food safety, heat and sauté ravioli and sauce together for 1-2 minutes, stirring and coating the ravioli until internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees.

6) Serve.
(CAUTION: Ravioli and sauce may be HOT.)

Serve with a tossed salad for a complete meal.
